Return & Non-Refundable Policy
All items are non-refundable as they are customized and made specifically to your requirements.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement or exchange due to damage, defect, or incorrect item received, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or receipt is also required.
Items sent back to us without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom and personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We also do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Personal care goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
Exchanges may only be accommodated for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange process.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. However, this right may not apply to personalized or custom-made products.
