4. Select The Number Of Pets
   Choose the number of pets you would like included in your artwork. The first two pets are included free of charge. Additional pets incur an additional fee.
5. Upload Your Pet Photo(s)
   Upload clear, front facing photos with good lighting for the best artwork results. Higher quality photos create better results.
6. Add Any Additional Instructions
   Include pet names, breed notes, memorial requests, layout preferences, wording notes, or anything else we should know.
7. Add A Sample Mock Up (Optional)
   If you would like a sample mock up before production begins, please select this option before checkout, recommended for pet illustrations.  
8. Select Your Shipping Method
   Choose the shipping option that works best for your timeline.
9. Review Your Personalization Carefully
   Please double check all names, spelling, uploaded photos, and personalization details before placing your order.
10. Production Queue Begins Once Your Order Is Confirmed
    Once your personalization details and artwork information are confirmed, your order moves into our production queue and changes can no longer be made.

If you purchase the optional Digital Proof Add-On, you may request revisions during the proofing process before production begins. Orders without a proof add-on will be produced using the personalization details provided at checkout.

Production typically takes 5–10 business days after design approval.
